This animal is very hungry. Be careful, now! Don't make it angry!   There was another CRASH! The children turned and saw something move in a dark corner of the room.  It was a lion! GRRROAARRRR! went the lion. Long time ago, Alan, a boy finds a game board called JUMANJI in his home. He plays it, but it is  unusual. If you throw the dice, some words appear on the board. For example, you are said by the game, "This animal is very hungry. Be careful, now! Don't make it angry!". So you have to run away from the animal. The more you throw the dice, the more many creatures appear in your house!! This book is based on the movie, "JUMANJI". If you are interested in this story, please watch it!!

He tries to get whatever he wants. One day, he gets arrested because he steels a car. Usually, those who are arrested become disappointed, but Toad is different. He is very optimistic!! So after he is out of prison, he tries to steel cars again!!😨 This book was written by Kenneth Grahame, who was the Scottish writer. And he was famous for children's literature. Do you know the band named "Beatles"? Maybe, you have heard their song before. This band is very famous in the world. Ringo Starr, George Harrison, Paul McCartney and John Lennon are members of the band. Each of them have great abilities, and they kept making hit songs for a long time. Have you read this before? I have heard this title before, but I haven't read this. So I tried to read it this week. Eliza Doolittle is a heroine of this story. She is poor young woman, who sells flowers on the streets in London. But she has a big problem. It is her terrible accent. One day, she comes across a man. His name is Higgins and he works at university. In fact, he is a great professor of phonetics. So he tries to correct her strange accent. This is one of the Penguin Readers Series at level 3.
